Greetings! :) I am the founder & Executive Director of www.JournalToSaveYourLife.org, and online, 1-52 week program committed to transforming the lives of those with depression, anxiety, PTSD, suicidal thoughts, &self harm. Journal To Save Your Life is a 501(c)3, and our online mental health program has was piloted in 10 countries and 22 states from 2015-16. Starting in July 2016, we are raising $100,000 to build the J2App to bring our forever-free service to all who need us most.
