About Me

The basic raw material required for the production of shots is steel scrap and steel alloys. This raw material is melted with induction furnace and poured in water tank where ladle is rested over electrical spinner gear box and liquid metal is POURED, this is process is called ATOMIZING BY which small particles of steel shots are poured into the water tank. This shots is separated based on their particle size of steel size. (Some of the shot particles are used for manufacturing the steel grit. Steel shots are made from molten steel (when steel is in a liquid state) with the help of the atomization process. It is basically abrasive materials used for cleaning, rust removing, cutting hard surfaces, in the petroleum industry, metallurgy industry, and many more.
