  • Project : The data you need at the moment of care

    Comment : On a cursory glance, it seems like a great idea. In fact, I am kind of surprised that it hasn't been done yet. Part of me worries that maybe this has been done before they just couldn't get as many people on board with it which is why we don't know about it. This is also one of those ideas that only has value if it dominates the market, what is your plan for getting most of the market on board? Or maybe you could have it interface with systems that are already in place. I know that medical professionals have to get permission to share their information with other medical professionals, how do you plan on getting over that obstacle? Do you have someone who is good in the marketing sphere? I feel that this would be the biggest help to getting this idea funded. The first thing that I noticed was your logo and it feels like it is an image from Clip Art combined with a basic Word Art generator. Would it be worth it to get a graphic designer to do something with this? Overall, there does seem to be an obvious demand for this product. If it has been done before, find out why it failed. Also, think about investing in a marketing team to help you increase your reach. I hope it all works out, I know that I would love it if my doctors had this.

    Comment : *Also, what platform are you developing on? Is it compatible with older operating systems? Is it completely web-based? What sort of securities will you have in place to ensure that the information is protected from those who shouldn't have access (including other doctors that I don't want to see my information)?
