About Me

TJ Leo is a Manhattan-born fitness model, personal fitness trainer, physical therapy assistant and professional bodybuilder. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the D’youville College. He has a major in physical therapy and minor in biology from the D’youville College. Over the course of his career, he has held different positions in the area of fitness and physical therapy. At the ST Alicia Hospital he has held a position as a physical therapy assistant. Prior to this position, he was a personal trainer at Equinox gym, from 2009 to 2015. TJ Leo has also built a career as a professional bodybuilder. He has attended many bodybuilding competitions, and won two of them. Moreover, TJ Leo practices mixed martial arts such as kickboxing and jujitsu, and cross-fit.
