When COVID?19 ended his hospitality career, Holmes redirected his precision for human systems into technology. He founded Brad?Core OS, a deterministic operating architecture designed to eliminate drift, hallucination, and moral failure in autonomous systems. From that foundation, he built Firelight Guardian Sentinel, a medical?safety system engineered to ensure no critical signal is ever ignored. Firelight’s mission is personal: born from a promise to his daughter Emmy, it stands as a guardian against preventable medical loss. Holmes now leads Firelight’s development and public rollout from Williams, Arizona, balancing hands?on mechanical work with software architecture. His goal is simple — to prove that technology can be both sovereign and humane.
