In addition to my work with Medstartr Ventures I am Managing Director and Co-Head of Life Science and Healthcare for Young America Capital, A licensed registered broker dealer. Prior to that I worked with Compass Advisors, Loeb Partners and Lehman Brothers. During my career I worked on fund raising, restructuring and M&A transactions in wide range of industries. I have been a director of a public ally traded SBIC and Alternative Energy Company. In addition to my SEC licenses I earned an MBA from Columbia University and Bachelors degrees in Accounting and Economics from the State University of New York at Albany.
