Our 13 existing customers leverage that level of engagement to support existing patients in finding and using services, remind patients about things they should be doing, and reach out to new potential patients. 30% of our installs are by women who are not yet pregnant -- a perfect outreach opportunity. Totally Pregnant is a customizable and brand-able white-label pregnancy app delivering education, reminders, resources, and tools for moms and young families.
The app is fun, friendly, and easy-to-use. including clinical advice, lifestyle suggestions and playful features. Our 3D animations of the developing baby are watched 40,000 times per month. We have 600,000 installs and 13 hospital customers. Moms use the app 160 times during their pregnancy, 4 times per week.
30% of our users install the app BEFORE they are pregnant — a crucial opportunity for delivering pre-pregnancy interventions.
With the app tied to a national social media campaign, we delivered 2400 NO installs and 190,000 views. 10x that reach is possible with a NO focused campaign.
The app content is interactive and customizable with our centralized content management database. Our conception, pregnancy, and post-partum content changes week-by-week, and can adjust based on medical conditions, EMR links, wearable data, zip code, in app clicks, and videos watched. Different variations of the content can be delivered for specific cultural and linguistic groups.
Social Determinants Data Challenge Totally Pregnant is the perfect platform for gathering social determinant data and delivering interventions. As moms are using the app 4 times per week, data can be gathered based on their zip code, which services and providers they click on or call, which videos are watched, and what text content is reviewed. Beyond that, the app is designed to deliver regular reminders and suggestions. How moms respond to the reminders also provides social determinant data. Furthermore, the notifications, questions, and reminders are delivering customized content to moms using the app. Responses to those prompts also provide social determinant data.

When promoted through our social media campaign, the app will reach well beyond women who already have insurance and relationships with providers.
Totally Pregnant is the perfect platform for delivering access to care. For example, the app lists nearby providers and clinics sorted by how close they are to the user and what kinds of services are needed. Once a provider or clinic is selected, appointments and phone calls can be made directly from inside the app. Similarly, moms can sign up for services like breast-feeding coaching, risk-factor screening, parenting classes, and other relevant services right from inside the app.
Weekly articles and reminders can be customized to educate users on insurance programs. The tools section can provide interactive and friendly applications. As moms are using the app 4 times per week, suggestions for care and services can be made based on their zip code, which services and providers they click on or call, which videos are watched, and what text content is reviewed. Beyond that, the app is designed to deliver regular reminders and suggestions.
Real Time Results Challenge The Totally Pregnant app can easily extended to manage and collects real-time data from wearable sensors (Fitbits, Apple watch, etc.). With data collected, the app already supports adjusting content delivered based on particular conditions. For example, the app content can adjust if a woman is obese or diabetic. Similarly, if they are experiencing high blood pressure or a fever, the app can make recommendations. Because the content of the app is proven compelling (used 4 times a week) our moms are more likely to gather sensor data and respond to suggestions based on the data gathered.
